My name is Rebecca Kendrick and I am the owner and principal trainer with Iron Fern Personal Training. An athlete and active person throughout my youth, my late 20's and 30's found exercise on the back burner while I focused on parenting and my career. My inactivity compounded by the COVID pandemic, I finally decided enough was enough and at the age of 41, I started lifting weights. Three years later, I competed in my first amateur bodybuilding competition. Never in my wildest dreams did I think my tentative step back into the gym would lead me to where I am today.
Lifting weights and understanding how to fuel my body has changed my life and I want to share that with others who are looking to feel strong and empowered. While I welcome all clients, I have a passion for working with women in the middle of life. Maybe you have been focusing on raising children or investing in your career - or both - and now it's time to prioritize you. As an occupational therapist, ISSA certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I bring a diverse educational background to help you meet your unique goals.

We know that affording long-term personal training can be challenging. Our Teach Me options provide one-on-one personal training sessions in 8, 12, or 16-week bundles designed to transition you to independent workouts and progressions.
